Chanco on the James is looking for individuals to join our team:
Administrative Coordinator
Employment in a beautiful outdoor setting along the James River! Chanco on the James is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to take group reservations and individual reservations as well as perform bookkeeping duties.
This position will assume the primary responsibility for all reservations and registrations including communication with guests and maintaining the calendar. The Administrative Coordinator will use standardized bookkeeping procedures to enter and submit revenue and expense data. This person will maintain files and records in an orderly manner and support in other administrative duties as needed. This position will maintain a regular full-time work schedule which may include some weekends and holidays. Compensation includes salary range of $18-20/hr and a generous benefits package including several paid holidays, pension, and medical benefits.

Operational Staff
Duties include: Ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive lodging, meetings spaces, and bathroom facilities; food prep, washing dishes, and assisting in cooking; as well as leaf blowing and weed eating. Applicants need not be proficient in all areas to apply. Interested applicants will need to complete an application and pass a background check.
