Chanco on the James invites the community to support our ministry during the FIRST EVER Big Day of Giving fundraiser on Wednesday, May 8, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Because of Chanco…we are asking our community to share their story as part of their support. As we head to Big Day, we’ll welcome our Cursillo Family, our volunteers for the bi-annual work weekend, our diocesan youth for May Weekend, as well as preparing for Camp Chanco 2024. Big Day will help us all continue to find comfort in our faith ministry here at Chanco on the James.

GIVE STOCKS OR SECURITIES
Making a gift of appreciated stock or securities is a generous, tax-friendly and effective way to support Chanco. In most cases you can receive a tax deduction for the full market value of your gift and avoid capital gains taxes.
To ensure we receive your gift and recognize your generosity, please email [email protected] and provide the donor’s name, stock’s name and symbol, the number of shares donated, the expected date of transfer, and gift restrictions (if any).
