Fall Volunteer Weekend
Friday, September 25 – Sunday, September, 27
This event is FREE and open to all ages. Any helpers under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present to attend.
Are you ready to make a positive impact on our beloved Chanco? We’re gearing up to
complete some housekeeping projects such as roof updates, trail system maintenance,
and more in efforts to keep our beautiful campus in tip-top shape for our visitors.
So pack up your work gloves, dress to get dirty, and let’s get to work! Feel free to bring
your own tools or you are welcome to use ours.
We’ll spend the weekend working together on projects around camp, including:
- Raft building
- Trail marking
- Window installation in the boathouse
- Building and installing walk boards in areas of the trail affected by stormwater
Come for the day or stay for the entire weekend. Please note that overnight lodging is limited, so be sure to secure your spot early.
